Microsoft recently released Windows 7 with many new themes, including two main categories: Featured themes and International Themes. After selecting a theme, users can save it locally or install it, and it will be automatically added to their personalized theme collection and displayed on their desktop. The default time setting for the theme is 30 minutes.
